We’re always improving!

New Equipment – We’ve added several pieces of new equipment: 2 new Bella bars, 100s of lbs of bumper plates, 2 x 35 lb. KB, 4 x 25 lb. KB, and more.
Trainers receive new certifications – Peter received┬áhis M1 Cert for SMR and Andres his level 1 for SMR.
