Athlete (Rx): 115/75# BB, 24/20″ Box, 1-abmat HSPU
Health: Ring Rows, Step-ups, HR Push-ups

Work from East-West. Shuttle runs are from beam to beam. 1 point per length on shuttles, 2 points for down and back.
