– 4 D/Us or 10 Singles
– T2B or 2 Leg Lifts
– Deadlift, 115/75#
2 Points per:
– DB Thrusters, 30s/20s
5 Points per:
– Rope Climb

Record Reps on notepads w/ pen whenever you switch stations.
ALL math will be done at the end of the WOD. (i.e. 120 D/U = 30 reps + 1000 Singles = 100 reps, 130 points from class Jump Rope) Total Score is divided by # of Athletes in class.
