EMOTM – FAST Reps w/ 3 Box Jump Circuit.
Set up 3 – 4 Jump circuits around the gym near squat racks. Squat near people with similar jump ability.
Some Jump options: – Thin Wood Boxes @ 16 or 20″, Thick soft boxes @ 20 or 24″, Regular Box Jump only.

Then Heavy: 85 – 90 – 90+ – 90+%, Rest 2:00 after each set. (No Jumps)
