2:00 Row for Calories
Rest 3:00
(Subtract 2 reps each round and add 10% of 1RM)
Score = Total Deadlift LBS lifted x CAL Rowed
NO DROPPED REPS! If you drop during a Deadlift set then the reps are done and you go to the rower.
Rd 1 – 10 reps @ 50%
Rd 2 – 8 reps @ 60%
Rd 3 – 6 reps @ 70%
Rd 4 – 4 reps @ 80%
Rd 5 – 2 reps @ 90%
