Complete the 9 reps every minute to stay in the workout. Reps will not change, but when you fail to get all 9 reps per minute you will get 1 round/minute off to drop your weight and then go again. You will do this for 3 descending loads. When you have failed at all 3 loads record the full rounds you successfully completed plus any reps in your last failed round.

Competitor: 135/95 -> 115/75 -> 95/65# (Ladies use a 35# BB)
Athlete: 115/75 -> 95/65 -> 75/45# (Ladies use a 15# BB)
Health: 85/55 -> 65/45 -> 55/35#
Ramp-up: MB Hang Cleans, MB Front Squats, Wall BallsĀ 20/14 -> 14/10 -> 10/6-8#
