10 Snatches (progressive weight)
OTB Burpees (progressive reps)

Barbell weights:
10 Snatches @ 65/35# & 10 Burpees
10 Snatches @ 85/45# & 15 Burpees
10 Snatches @ 105/65# & 20 Burpees
10 Snatches @ 115/75# & 25 Burpees
10 Snatches @ 125/85# & 30 Burpees
Rx: You are done when you can’t complete a given round or run out of time. In either of those scenarios your score will be 15:00 + 1 sec for each uncompleted rep.
Scaled: Do snatches or a progression thereof at least 3x as long as time cap hasn’t been reached. You may repeat a given weight as needed. If you are not proficient in the snatch, then work with a trainer to determine the progression.
