5 Rounds of 5 minutes each w/ 1 minute rest between rounds. Perform each of the following 5 exercises each round for 1 minute each. Count all your reps.

  1. Hill Sprint (once only) – use remaining time as rest.
  2. Russian Twists w/ 15# plate
  3. OH Lunges w/ 15# plate
  4. Goblet squats w/ 15# plate
  5. Burpees
Meet at Northside Park by the playground. On south side of the park.
