FGB at Northside Park
5 Rounds of 5 minutes each w/ 1 minute rest between rounds. Perform each of the following 5 exercises each round for 1 minute each. Count all your reps.
- Hill Sprint (once only) – use remaining time as rest.
- Russian Twists w/ 15# plate
- OH Lunges w/ 15# plate
- Goblet squats w/ 15# plate
- Burpees
Meet at Northside Park by the playground. On south side of the park.
