1 squat snatch + 3 overhead squats

1 squat snatch + 3 overhead squats EMOTM for 10 minutes.
Warmup to around 75%-85% of 1RM squat snatch before starting. Take 10 minutes to do this.
Use the same weight for the first 5 minutes then go as heavy as possible for the last 5 minutes.
