Back Squat (10 sets of 2 @ 85-90%)

Every minute on the minute complete 2 back squats. Use the same weight for all 10 minutes.
Half of the class start on back squat and half start on the hang cleans.

Hang Clean (5 sets of 2 @ 85-90%)

Every 2 minutes, for a total of 10 minutes (5 sets), complete 2 hang cleans. They can be squat OR power. Try to use the same weight for all 5 sets.
