Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
In this Fight Gone Bad you will not rotate between exercises during a round. You will stay at the same exercise for the full round. Each round is 5 minutes long with a 1 minute break between rounds. Each round will consist of 5 Tabatas of 20s of work and 40s of rest.
- 1st Round – Squat Cleans
- 2nd Round – Push Press
- 3rd Round – Clean & Jerk
Use a weight of approx. 70% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.
