Team Fight Gone Bad
With a partner perform 3 rounds of 10 minutes of the following. No rest between rounds.

Each team will perform each of the following 5 exercises for 2 minutes during each round. Alternating doing work as needed during the 2 minutes alloted per exercise. Each team will use only one bar. You can hand-off the bar to your partner w/o putting it back on the ground.
