“Angie” Tag Team + run

For Time go through the “Angie” WOD as fast as possible with a teammate. Break the sets up however you want. Then Run 1 Mile together. Must do a proper “tag” to switch.

  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 100 Push-up
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 100 Squats
