Metcon (Time)

Class-Wide TEAM WOD:
Perform the following reps per # of athletes:

  • Huge Tire Flip, 3x
  • Cinder Block Carry, 5 laps
  • 25m Small Tire Drag, 5x down and back
  • 12′ Wall Climb, 10x or 100 hops
  • Body Hurdles, 10x (30 hurdles)

Work in groups to flip the Huge Tire. If there aren’t at least 3 people in a class, then flip the 125# (m) or 90# (f) tires individually.
Tire Drags on West side of back lawn. Length 25m, i.e. back and forth once = 50m.
