2 SuperSets of each: around 50% of 1RM

  • 1 Power Snatch + 2 OHS
  • 1 Squat Snatch + 2 Snatch Balance
  • 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 2 Snatch Drop

3 position Snatch (3 – 3 – 3 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 1 – 1 – 1)

Perform a complex rep of 3 different snatches.
3 Pos. Include: Power / Hang Squat / Squat

Start @ 65/35# (at most!)
1:00 ON / 1:00 OFF

Rd. 1 Do 3 Combo Reps Lift only on ODD rounds.
Rd. 2 Change weights and rest.
Repeat for 9 sets.
