(NO MORE than 3 people at a station!)

1 Point per:
– 4 D/Us or 10 Singles
– T2B or 2 Leg Lifts
– Deadlift, 115/75#
2 Points per:
– DB Thrusters, 30s/20s
5 Points per:
– Rope Climb

Record Reps in proper columns on (notepads w/ pen) whenever you switch stations. All math will be done at the end of the WOD.
No person may stay on any given station for longer than 3 minutes at a time. Everyone must do each station at least once for a minimum of 30 seconds.
