Weightlifting

Front Squat (5 EMOTM 5 reps)
Start around 50% of 1RM. Add weight each minute.
Rest 1 minute between weightlifting components.

Push Press (5 EMOTM 5 reps)
Start around 50% of 1RM. Add weight each minute.
Rest 1 minute between weightlifting components.

Thruster (5 EMOTM 5 reps)
Start around 50% of 1RM. Add weight each minute.
Weight starts on floor each minute.
Work up to around 90% of 1RM.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
