Specialty Classes

Sign-up is required for our specialty classes. You must register for these classes a minimum of 12 hours in advance on Wodify.

Gymnastics Clinic – Monday 5:30pm.
Strength/Flexibility (Yoga) class – None this week. Will be back next week.

Tuesday – Back Squat/ 2 Short AMRAPS – 1) Squat Cleans & Burpess 2) Pull-ups & Wall Balls.
Wednesday – Deadlift / 15:00 AMRAP w/ T2B, Wall Balls, Indian Sit-ups, Box Jumps, & Burpees.
Thursday – Shoulder Press & C&J / Med. WOD w/ D/U, KBS & Thrusters.
Friday – OHS / Med. long WOD w/ lunges, KTE & Ball Slams.
Saturday – Baseline tests of Max. Box Jump Height & Max. D/U / 20 min AMRAP of 10 Burpees, Thrusters, Running.
