Weightlifting

  • Push Press (Warm-up then 5 – 5 – 5+)
  • Split Jerk (3 – 3 – 3+) – Start at or about +10% from where you ended on push-press.
  • Deadlift (10 – 10 – 10) – Start around 60% and work-up from there.
  • Good Mornings (8 – 8 – 8) – Go easy. Do lighter weight and work on form and range of motion.

If you are doing the Open, then don’t go all out today. Work more on technique and range of motion.
