Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

FGB Style
3 rounds of 5 minutes each w/ 1 minute rest in between rounds. Each round consists of five 1 minute AMRAPs of:

  • KB SDHP 70/55#
  • 1-Arm Alt. DB Snatch (1Ct) 45/30#
  • Box Jumps 24/20″
  • Wall Ball 20/14#
  • T2B

Gymnastics

  • Deficit Handstand Push-ups (5-5-5- Max in 1 min.)
  • Handstand Push-ups (5-5-5- Max in 1 min.)
  • Wall Walks (5-5-5- Max in 1 min.) – Start in push-up position with feet against wall. Walk up the wall into a HSPU position. Touch chest to wall and go back down. Scaled would be going up as far as you can and noting how many and how far.
