Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds as possible. Each roujnd is 2 minutes long.
- 15 Ft. Squats Rx+ 145/105# Rx 105/65#
- 5 Burpees over box 24/20″
Add 5 burpees every round.
Record number of successful rounds completed plus any reps from last round in which you failed.
Keep weight low enough to complete at least 3 rounds. The front squat should be about 50-60% of your max at most.
