Specialty Classes

Sign-up is required for our specialty classes. You must register for these classes a minimum of 12 hours in advance on Wodify.
Gymnastics Clinic – Monday 5:30pm.
Strength/Flexibility (Yoga) class – Tuesday at 5:30pm and 6:30pm.

Weekly WOD Summary

Monday – HSPUs / EMOTM WOD w/ Rope Climbs & Snatches.
Tuesday – Clean & Jerk / Med. Length WOD w/ body-weight movements.
Wednesday – Push-press / 25:00 AMRAP w/ Farmer Carry, Wall Ball, Russian KBS & Burpees.
Thursday – Deadlift / 2 EMOTM WODs #1 Pull-Ups, Burpees, Wall Balls #2 DB Snatch, SDHP & D/U
Friday – Snatch – FGB Style: Air Squats, Wall Ball, Lunges, T2B & DB Hang Clean.
Saturday – Push Press /  Chipper w/ Ft. Squats, Burpees, KTE, HSPU, C2B, G2O and Row Airdyne.
