If you can’t do HSPU, then do a progression thereof.

21:00 EMOTM – alternate between the 3 following:

  • Rope Climb – Rx+ 3 / Rx 2
  • AMRAP Snatch Rx+ 115/75# / Rx 85/55#
  • Rest

Score: Snatch reps only, but you must have gotten the prerequisite # of rope climbs in the prior minute.
