Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

You have 3:00 to complete the following:

  • 10 Thrusters 95/65#
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 10 Thrusters 95/65#
  • 10 Pull-ups

If you succeed then you’ll have another 3:00 to complete:

  • 10 Thrusters 115/85#
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 10 Thrusters 115/85#
  • 15 Pull-ups

If you succeed again, then you’ll

  • 10 Thrusters 135/95#
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 10 Thrusters 135/95#
  • 20 Pull-ups

And so on. From here on add for both men & women 20# and 5 reps to the pull-ups. If you don’t make it past the first 3:00, then rest 3:00 and go again.
