All of us can use more practice doing the Snatch. Don’t skip today just because you don’t like it or aren’t good at it. This is a complex movement and there’s only one way to get better at it – practice! The Snatch and the C & J are two full-body exercises that will give you benefits in the areas of strength, power, speed, coordination, flexibility, stamina, etc. like no other exercise. You can bet on seeing the Snatch come up in this year’s Open!
