Gymnastics

Muscle-ups (Practice)
(Keep Volume Low during practice, focus on skill of movement.)

– 2-3 Muscle-up Drills on the Low Rings with feet on Floor, alternate with a partner of similar height in big classes.
– Practice/Perform 5-8 full reps on the High Rings.

Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds For Time of:
Rx+: 3 Ring or 5 Bar M/U + 20 Wall Balls @ 30/20#
Rx: 5 C2B Pull-ups + 5 Ring Dips + 20 Wall Balls @ 20/14#
Scaled: 10 Pull-ups or Mod P/U + 20 Wall Balls @ 14/10#

(If you are new to CrossFit perform 10-15 Wall Balls per round, talk to the trainer.)
