- 20 Burpees
- 30 C2B
- 40 Goblet Squats
- 30 T2B
- 20 Burpees
- 10 Thrusters
- 50 D/U
Rx+ 85% BW G2O, 70/55# KB, 115/75# Thruster (Be smart. 85% BW G2O is no joke.)
Rx 60% BW G2O, Pull-ups, 55/35#, 95/65# Thruster
Scaled: 100 singles, lighter weights, banded Strict pull-ups, Hanging/lying leg raises
(Only use 1 BB, switch your weight out when you get to the Thrusters)
