I noticed as I made the WOD that it was my brother’s birthday and I figured it was a Saturday so I made the WOD reflect his birthdate/year. Have fun.
The Rx (2 rounds) is because he was the 2nd child. The Rx+ (3 rounds) option is because he was 1 of 3 boys. -Peter
