For 21:00 EMOTM alternate between:

  • Rx+ 2 Rope Climbs / Rx – 1 Rope Climb Scaled – 5 Grd. to standing
  • Rx+ 5 Sqt. Clean 115/85# / Rx 95/65# / Scaled – As appropriate
  • Rx+ 2 Bar Muscle-ups / Rx 5 C2B / Scaled – As appropriate

Each minute successfully completed = 1 Round.
Then complete a tie breaker for reps -> Rx+ = Max. unbroken Ring M/U / Rx = Max. unbroken C2B / Scaled = Max. unbroken pull-ups. Score will be # of successful minutes completed (rounds) plus the number of (reps) completed in the tie breaker.
