For 16 minutes EMOTM alternate performing 5 halting snatch grip deadlifts and max # of D/U or singles in 30 sec.

  • Halting Snatch Grip Deadlift (EMOTM)
  • Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Rx = Double-unders
Scaled = Singles
EMOTM perform max # of reps of double-unders or singles in 30 seconds. Record highest set completed.
