Shoulder Press (5 rds of :30 work & 1:30 rest)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15:00 AMRAP of:

  • 16 SDHP 95/65# rx+ / 75#/45# rx
  • 12 Bar Rollouts (rx+ chest to grd / rx chest to bar height)
  • 8 OTB Burpees

For the bar rollouts make sure that there’s at least a 15# plate on each side of the bar so that the plate won’t bend under your weight. A 25# plate or a 15# & a 10# is even better.
