Three 5 minute rounds w/ 1 min rest between rounds. Each round consisting of 5 exercises to be performed for 1 minute each:

  • Singles
  • Push-ups
  • Over-the-plates jumps
  • Russian KBS 35/20#
  • Hammer Swings

Count all reps.
