WOD Tue. Aug. 6

This Tuesday we will have a meeting at 5:30pm-6:30pm for those who are interested in being part of our upcoming competitive team at FTX CrossFit. The meetings will be mostly to talk about what you, our members, would like to see in regards to a competitive team. What are your goals? How many events should we attend each year? What kind of events should we attend as a team? What kind of training should we do as a team? For those who can’t make it this Tuesday, we will meet again next Tuesday at the same time. It is our goal to start the team in two weeks.

WOD #1
Bench Press 2×10 @ 50-60%, 1×8 @ 75%, 3×3 @ 90%
Do 3 sets of 5-8 reps and 2 sets of 3-5 reps gradually increasing the weight while focusing on form and technique

WOD #2
4 Rounds for time (25 min time cap) of:

25 Double-unders
15 Alternating pistols w/ 30/20#
5 Wall-climbs
400m Run

25 Double-unders or 100 singles
15 Alternating pistols
5 Wall-climbs
400m Run

100 Singles
15 Goblet Squats w/ 35/20#
5 Inch-worms
400m Run
