1:00 AMRAP followed by 1:00 of rest for 4 rounds of:
- 10 Wall Ball 2 fer 1s + 10 ring push-ups
- 10 Wall Ball 2 fer 1s + 10 clapper push-ups
- 10 Wall Ball + 10 push-ups
WOD #2
25-20-15-10 of:
KB Goblet Squats, 70/55, 55/35, 35/20 #
KB Swings, 70/55, 55/35, 35/20 #
Then:
50 Strict Pull-ups (any grip style allowed with full range of motion)
