East to West Progression Chipper:

1) Do the chipper for 2:00 then rest 2:00
2) Do the chipper for 4:00 then rest for 2:00
3) Then do the chipper Start to Finish, For Time:

  • 10 Snatches – 165/105#  135/95#  105/75#  65/45#
  • 20 Push-presses – 165/105#  135/95#  105/75#  65/45#
  • 30 Burpees
  • 40 Pull-ups
  • 50 2 – for – 1 Wall Balls / Wall Balls

 

Then: SMR.
It has been another tough week. Doing good cool downs that involve adequate stretching and SMR is key. Spend some extra time on this today. DO NOT neglect this or you will pay at some point in time. Tight and inflexible muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments are more prone to injury.
