Tag Team Fight Gone Bad (FGB)
Do this WOD with a partner
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round. In this variation of FGB there is NO rest between rounds! Complete 6 rounds. The stations are:
- Wall-ball: M=20/W=14 pound ball, 10/8 ft target. (Reps)
- SDHP 75/60 – 45/30 (Reps)
- Burpees
- 2 Count Lunge Jumps (Reps)
- T2B / Leg-lifts (Reps)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to the next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep. At any given point in time one partner is doing work, while the other is resting. Alternate as necessary.
