Yeah! It’s the longest day in the year. Bad news is that it’s all down hill from here. But in honor of the longest day of the year, here is a nice long WOD. So get warmed up and go!

For time complete the following:
Run 800m
Run 400m backwards
10 Pull-ups
20 Burpees
30 T2B
40 WallBalls 20/14# and 10ft/9ft
50 Double-unders or 200 singles
Plank position 1:00
