Strength: Deadlift
Practice lift and build up to a 1RM if you have been lifting regularly and have good form. Make sure you are watched on your last set.
2×10 @ 50%, 5-3-1+
1×15 @ 60%, 1×10 @ 70%, 3-2-1-1


Get a substantial amount of rest before starting the WOD after having done heavy Deadlifting.
Black and Blue variations should allow about 20:00 for the workout.
