Strength: Strict Press & Back Squat
Practice lift and build up to a 1RM if you have been lifting regularly and have good form. Make sure you are watched on your last sets.
2×10 @ 50%, 5-3-1+
1×15 @ 60%, 1×10 @ 70%, 3-2-1-1

WOD #2
Eternal 4:00 AMRAP – Eternity will end at 24 minutes 🙂

  • 3 Power Cleans, 115/75#, 75/45#, MBSC
  • 3 Burpees
  • 6 Power Cleans, 115/75#, 75/45#, MBSC
  • 6 Burpees
  • 9 Power Cleans, 115/75#, 75/45#, MBSC
  • 9 Burpees
  • 12 Power Cleans, 115/75#, 75/45#, MBSC
  • 12 Burpees

60 reps, rest when you get this far.

If you reach 60 reps in 4:00, you go for another 4:00 with the goal of reaching 60 reps. Your workout is as long as you are able to hit 60 reps in each 4:00 AMRAP.

If you fail to get 60 reps then you rest for the next 4:00 and try again, repeat this up to 3x.
