In true CrossFit fashion we wanted to start this last and final week of the Open with a real fun challenge!

WOD
Warm-up on your own, then…

Level 2 – 1,000 Burpees for time.
Level 1 – 750 Burpees for time.
Basics – 500 Burpees for time.
