Basics: Today our focus will be on teaching the following lifts and having you do some with weight:

  • OHS
  • Snatch

Level 1/2: Today our focus is on strength. Perform the following:

  • Muscle Snatch 5-5-5
  • Power Snatch 5-5-5
  • Squat Snatch 7-5-3-3-1-1
