The focus today is more on endurance/stamina.

Basics: Rope Climb and Double-Unders
Level 1/2: Work on a weakness. Examples: Double-unders if you can’t do them. Pull-ups if you can’t do unassisted.

  • 2500m Row
  • 250 Double-Unders (Sub – 1000 Singles)
  • 5 Rope Climbs (Sub – 10 Ground to vertical on the rope)
