Week 2 of the 2013 CrossFit Open

Basics: Today our focus will be on teaching the following basic lifts and having you do some with weight:

  • Deadlift
  • Medicine Ball Clean
  • Clean

Level 1/2: Today our focus is on strength. Perform the following:

  • Deadlift 10-8-5-3-3
  • Clean 5-3-3-5
  • Straight-leg deadlift 7-7-7
