Snow Update

We will post updates in regards to classes for Tuesday, March 5th as follows:
4:45am update to let you all know about the 5:30am and 6:30am classes. – 5:30am and 6:30am classes are a GO.
8:45am update to let you all know about the 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:15pm classes. – 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:15pm are a GO.
1:45pm update to let you all know about the classes for the rest of the day. – All remaining classes for today are a GO. Be safe!

The two main issues that drive our decision as to whether we can be open are a) Safety on the roads b) Our ability to keep up with the plowing and have a clear parking lot with less than 1.5-2″ inches of snow at any given time.

Week 1 of the 2013 CrossFit Open

Basics: Today our focus will be on teaching the following basic lifts and having you do some with weight:

  • Shoulder Press
  • Push Press
  • Ft. Squat

Level 1/2: Today our focus is on strength. Perform the following:

  • Shoulder Press 7-5-3-5-7
  • Front Squat 5-5-5
  • Thruster 3-3-3
