Basics Skillwork: HSPU
Strength/Endurance: Work on Double-Unders. If you can do Double-Unders, then do 250 D/U for time.

All Levels
For time:
75 Handstand push-ups

At the beginning of each minute perform 20 Double-unders or 80 Singles.
(If you need a sub for HSPU, then do 100 push-ups instead. Also, if you can’t do the jump rope in under a minute, then adjust the number of jump rope reps required.)
