Basics Skillwork: HSPU, One-legged Squats
Strength: Shoulder Press 2×8 @ 50-60%, 5-3-1+
Endurance: 250 Double-unders for time / 500 Singles for time

All Levels
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating (Use support as needed)
15 Pull-ups

Specialty Classes:
5:30pm-6:30pm – Beginner (Learning the 3 primary shoulder presses: Strict Press, Push Press, and Jerk)
6:30pm-7:30pm – Advanced (Improving the Split Jerk)
