Basics Skillwork: Pull-up Progression
Level 1/2 Skillwork: 15′ Rope climb in as few movements as possible, 3x

All levels
EMOTM, remaining time of each minute after reps are completed is rest. When the clock beeps begin again. Complete as many minutes as possible. You are done when you fail to complete all of the following in a minute, but do at least 7 rounds no matter what.

  • 1 Thruster 95/65# (Basics do Wall Ball 20/14#)
  • 2 Indian Sit-ups
  • 3 Burpees
  • 4 Tuck Jumps
  • 5 Push-ups

Score is number of minutes successfully completed + reps of failed minute.

Cash-out: Level 1/2 – Max. # of Windshield Wipers in 2:00. Basics – Max. # of leg lifts in 2:00
