Basics Skillwork: Kettlebell SDHP, Wall Ball, T2B
Level 1/2 Strength: Deadlift 2×10 @ 45-55%, 3-3-3+
Level 1/2 Endurance: Max. # of Wall Ball in 5:00 20#/14#

All Levels
“Deck of Cards”
Split into 4 teams.
Teams draw cards from a standard deck of cards for 30 minutes.
All team members do exercises as dictated by card drawn:

Ace = 20 reps
Jack, Queen and King = 15 reps
Numbers = Face value
Joker = You can make another team do 10 burpees.

Spades = Kettlebell SDHP 70#/55# (Basics: 55#/35#)
Hearts = Toes 2 Bar (Alternate = Leg Lifts)
Clubs = Pull-ups
Diamonds = Level 1/2: 95#/65# Thrusters (Basics: Wall ball M=20# / W=14#)

Those that have been doing CF < 2 weeks = Do 1/2 the # dictated by the card drawn. Level 2 = Do this with a 20# vest
