Basics Skillwork: Back Squat and Front Squat
Level 1/2 Strength: Back Squat 2×10 @ 55-65%, 3-3-3+
Level 1/2 Endurance: 1000 Singles or 250 Double-unders

Level 1/2
Front Squat 1-10-1-20-1-30 reps

Practice Back Squats and Front Squats with some weight
