Level 1/2 Strength: Deadlift 1×15 @ 40-50%, 1×10 @ 45-55%, 5-5-5+
Level 1/2 Endurance: Row 2k

Good Mornings 8-8-5-5

Work on Straight-leg Deadlifts and Deadlifts with some weight.
